In October 2015, I began interviewing realtors to help sell my Mom’s home. I was looking for someone who was very knowledgeable and someone who could provide expert advice guiding me through the sales process. In addition, I needed someone who would be responsive to me when it was convenient for me. Carl was all of this and then some! From the day I interviewed Carl to the day the house sold, he was always available, no matter when you reached out to him. He was easily accessible whether it be via phone, email or text, nights or weekends. He made it very easy to do business with him. Additionally, he is clearly is an expert at what he does! This was evident by the extensive knowledge he shared throughout the sales process. He was able to provide detailed information and respond to my questions that came up throughout the process. His knowledge base and professional manner in which he communicated established a level of trust that provided peace of mind at a time that could have otherwise been quite stressful. I remember asking Carl at the interview how long he thought it would take to sell the house. He confidently said based on his past experience, within 90 days. I was skeptical but very happy to say that on day 89 we were officially under contract with the buyer. I would strongly recommend Carl and would work with him again in the future if needed. He is a trustworthy individual and a pleasure to deal with.
