Former marketing student will put people skills to work for clients in Central Connecticut and beyond

Carl Guild & Associates is a full-service, independent real estate brokerage based in East Hampton, Connecticut that services clients throughout the Central Connecticut region. JP Landrey is a former Coastal Carolina marketing student turned real estate agent with a passion for delivering quality client service and creating strong, authentic connections.

Born and raised in Hebron, Connecticut, Landrey understands Central Connecticut real estate and what makes the region special. He prides himself on his ability to create meaningful connections with clients, ensuring he will not only carefully guide them through the real estate transaction but will also listen to their specific needs. His extensive knowledge of marketing and digital media will also be an asset as he helps buyers and sellers in Hartford, Connecticut, Tolland County and beyond.
“I love Connecticut for its four seasons, small-town feel and access to major cities like Boston and New York,” Landrey says. “It’s the place I’ve called home for my entire life and I can’t wait to show buyers why they should live here, too.”
Landrey explains that he’ll initially focus on servicing first-time homebuyers. As a Gen Z himself, he can easily communicate with and relate to them, while providing a heightened level of customer service. He’s also looking forward to working with Carl Guild and his staff.
