Samantha Mottolo brings a thoughtful, client first approach to real estate, grounded in financial expertise, technology experience, and a genuine commitment to the people she serves.

Samantha began her real estate journey in 2021, starting her career with Berkshire Hathaway. Before real estate, she worked as a Personal Banker and Relationship Manager at Bank of America, where she developed a strong foundation in finance, data analysis, and client advocacy. She later followed her interest in technology and information systems, beginning a career with Disney, an experience that strengthened her problem solving skills and reinforced the importance of delivering a great client experience.

Originally from Alabama, Samantha moved to Connecticut in 2013 and now resides in East Haddam. After living in Norwich while searching for her forever home, she gained a deep appreciation for the character, charm, and sense of community found throughout the surrounding towns, areas that are now the primary focus of her real estate business.

Samantha is a proud member of a military family and shares life with her husband and three creative children, ranging from junior high to early adulthood. That perspective shapes how she approaches her work, bringing patience, adaptability, and clear communication to every transaction.

With a background in banking and experience negotiating in the technology sector, Samantha is known for her transparent and steady approach, especially during negotiations when emotions can run high. She believes buyers and sellers should feel confident and comfortable with their agent, and she prioritizes keeping clients informed and involved every step of the way.

Her real estate philosophy centers on helping others achieve the dream of homeownership. As Dorothy Gale famously said, “There is no place like home.” Samantha views homeownership as both a meaningful milestone and a powerful wealth building tool, and she is honored to guide her clients through the process.

Outside of real estate, Samantha stays involved in the community through vendor market fairs in East Haddam and volunteer work with Disney VoluntEARs programs at ESPN. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys Disney adventures, gardening, woodworking, and hands on home renovation projects.
