Patty Flanagan brings a strong background in law, negotiation, and client advocacy to her real estate career at Carl Guild & Associates. After spending 27 years as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security, Patty is excited to begin this new chapter helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most meaningful decisions.

Patty’s legal background gives her clients a valuable advantage. With formal training in contract, property, and tax law, and decades of experience negotiating and resolving disputes, she brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to every transaction. She is passionate about helping people achieve the dream of homeownership and is especially excited to work with first-time buyers as they take that important first step.
