Nichole Mangiagli
After more than 15 years in the medical field, Nichole Mangiagli knew it was time for a change—and real estate was calling. Her recent experience buying and selling homes sparked a new passion and showed her that not only could she do it—she could thrive in it.
Nichole brings a deep background in ophthalmology, where she spent years helping people see clearly—both literally and figuratively. That same care, attention, and emotional insight now guide her as she helps clients navigate the complex, often emotional journey of buying or selling a home.
Her strength lies in her empathy and problem-solving. She’s organized, responsive, and always thinking outside the box. Whether it’s understanding a client’s unique wish list or seeing the hidden potential in a fixer-upper, Nichole has a natural ability to match people with the right space.
A Connecticut native, Nichole grew up in Haddam, spent summers in southern California, and has called several towns home—Portland, Cromwell, Middletown, Meriden, and now Moodus on the lower reservoir. With a father who was a master carpenter, she grew up watching how any house can be transformed—an experience that shaped how she views properties today.
Nichole joined Carl Guild & Associates because of its strong support system, training, and mentorship—plus the fact that it’s deeply rooted in the local community. She believes that every problem has a solution, and she’s committed to finding it, even if it means digging deep, asking questions, or seeking help from her experienced network.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Nichole hiking, paddleboarding, mushroom foraging, or baking homemade bread. She’s a wellness enthusiast, world traveler, and avid reader who loves soaking up all life has to offer.
Nichole is excited to continue learning, growing, and helping others in this new chapter of her career.
