Michelle Pirruccio
Michelle Pirruccio has been guiding clients through the real estate journey since 2006 - nearly two decades of helping people buy and sell homes across Connecticut. Known for her calm, confident approach and laser-sharp multitasking skills, Michelle brings a blend of street smarts, people skills, and professionalism to every transaction.
Before real estate, Michelle owned and operated a Dairy Queen restaurant, where she learned how to manage chaos with a smile and navigate personalities of every kind. That experience laid the groundwork for a thriving real estate career. She understands that real estate isn't just about houses - it's about people, emotion, timing, and trust.
Michelle was born and raised in Middletown and has strong ties to the community she proudly calls home. She lives with her husband Tommy and their son, also named Tommy. With a busy weekly schedule, they make the most of their weekends together, enjoying a peaceful backyard retreat they've created to relax and recharge. At home, Michelle is also kept company by their dog Penelope and two cats, Oscar and Davie.
Michelle thrives on helping first-time buyers take that exciting leap into homeownership and guiding longtime homeowners through significant transitions. Her philosophy is simple: treat every client with the respect, care, and attention she'd want for her own family. She believes real estate isn't always smooth, but with the right agent by your side, the bumps in the road can lead to the biggest wins.
Her reputation in Middletown runs deep. From her early days running a local business to years of volunteer work, like her family's legendary Christmas light display that raises money for local charities, Michelle has built trust by consistently showing up for her community.
Michelle’s husband, Tommy, is a constant source of strength, encouragement, and creativity. Though his work keeps him out of state during the week, his presence is deeply felt at home. On weekends, he brings a renewed energy that helps keep their family grounded and connected. Tommy’s talent, work ethic, and unwavering support have played a huge part in Michelle’s journey—not just in life, but in real estate too. Whether it's helping with their annual holiday light display, tackling projects around the house, or simply being her biggest cheerleader, Tommy brings a quiet leadership and warmth that truly makes their partnership special.
When she's not working, you'll find her golfing, soaking up sunshine, or working on her own home improvements. She's a proud member of the Elks and actively involved in cancer awareness efforts that are close to her heart.
After years in the business, Michelle chose to join Carl Guild & Associates because of one thing: shared values. "Carl runs his brokerage with integrity and heart," she says. "It's more than a paycheck - it's about people. That's what I want to be part of."
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime family property, or navigating a major life transition, Michelle has the experience, empathy, and drive to get you across the finish line.
