Lynn Minnick

Lynn is a Connecticut native who brings experience in all aspects of the business, with unique specializations in GREEN and International Real Estate. Her clients appreciate her attention to detail, positive energy, problem-solving skills, and the fact that she is with them every step of the way through their transactions.

Licensed since 2000, she has been active within the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, where she served 15 years on various committees to work for the greater good of the real estate community and its members, and was a founding member of GHAR’s Young Professionals Network. With Carl Guild & Associates she is a member of the scholarship committee, a long-time mentor, and was honored to be named Realtor of the Year.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French and is very actively involved in the East Hampton community she calls home. She was recognized as a "Friend of Education" award recipient from the Board of Education, and volunteers with the Friends of the Library and the Chatham Historical Society. She is an advocate for the National Kidney Foundation and a living kidney donor.

Outside real estate & volunteering, Lynn’s passions are international travel, gardening, family, coffee, and all things Canadian. With her house powered by solar since 2011, she's also our resident solar expert.
