Linda Martin

Linda Martin is a proud Realtor® for Carl Guild & Associates.

Linda was born in New Britain and is a longtime resident of Connecticut, where she has since been a successful business woman. Linda created a candy business called the Sugar Shack, that later blossomed into a Wedding and Party Planner business. She worked for many years as a bakery manager for local grocery stores which prepared her to open her own bakery. Linda and her husband owned and operated Our Bakery and Deli in Deep River Ct for approximately 10 years.

Linda has always loved real estate. Being a Realtor® has combined her love of houses with her love of people. Her friendly nature and outgoing personality can put anyone at ease. "Everybody loves Linda!" is a common phrase you hear when describing Linda.

Linda specializes in organization and has an amazing creative side, She enjoys decorating and can make any space feel like a home. In her spare time she enjoys making items to beautify her home and spending time with her husband.
