This policy explains what information CGRE LLC d/b/a Carl Guild & Associates ("CGA", "we") collects on carlguild.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, such as a home value request or a contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, property address, your selling timeline, and any message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our pages record basic technical details such as your browser, device, pages visited, and the page that referred you. If you arrive from an ad, we also record the campaign details in the link (for example utm_source or utm_campaign) and the click identifier from Google (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) or Meta (fbclid).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your home value, have a CGA agent contact you by phone, text, or email about it, and keep a record of our conversations in our customer management system.

We also use it to understand which of our ads and pages are working, so we can spend less on the ones that are not.

Google Ads and advertising

We use Google Ads and the Google tag to measure how our advertising performs. When you submit a form on our site, information you provide, such as your email address and phone number, may be shared with Google in a hashed (encrypted) form so Google can match your visit to an ad you clicked. Google uses this information only to measure ad performance for us. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. You can manage ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.

The Google tag uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the CGA agent handling your request and with service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer management system (Follow Up Boss), our website host, and Google as described above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
