Krystal Delorge

With a lifelong passion for real estate and a genuine desire to help others achieve their homeownership goals, Krystal Delorge is dedicated to making every buying and selling experience as smooth, enjoyable, and successful as possible. Her love for real estate began more than 20 years ago when purchasing her own home in Lebanon, Connecticut. Inspired by the exceptional experience she had with her real estate agent, Krystal knew one day she wanted to help others experience that same level of guidance and care.

Before beginning her real estate career, Krystal spent more than 12 years as a pediatric dental assistant. That experience allowed her to build lasting relationships with families throughout the community while developing the communication, patience, and attention to detail that continue to serve her clients well today.

A longtime Lebanon resident for more than two decades, Krystal has deep roots in eastern Connecticut. She understands what makes the area’s communities so special and enjoys helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most important milestones with confidence. She believes every town has its own unique character, but what truly makes the region exceptional is the strong sense of community, supportive neighbors, and local businesses that make people proud to call it home.

Krystal believes that trust, honesty, and putting her clients’ needs first are the foundation of every successful real estate transaction. She takes pride in listening carefully, communicating openly throughout the process, and working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for every client. Outside of real estate, Krystal enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 25 years, Rich, their two daughters, Taylor and Ellie, and their three beloved dogs, Charlee, Moose, and Olive. Whether relaxing at the lake, enjoying time by the pool, vacationing with family and friends, or playing guitar and singing, she treasures making memories with the people she loves most.
