With over a decade of experience managing more than 500 residential units in property management, Kerry Silvestri brings a deep understanding of the Connecticut housing market and a true passion for homes to her role as a licensed Realtor®. Now based in Ellington, Kerry's real estate journey is fueled by a genuine love of helping people, an eye for design, and a creative spirit that makes every transaction memorable.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Kerry managed a multi-property rental portfolio in the CT River Valley, with one of her favorite experiences being her work near UConn Storrs, where she built lasting relationships with students and their families. She also owned and operated a retail flower shop, working closely with wedding clients and designing stunning events. This was a natural extension of her background in art, floral design, and customer service.

Her creativity shines when she’s helping sellers prepare their home for the market or walking buyers through spaces they may soon call their own. A true renovation and interior design enthusiast, Kerry is known for her DIY projects, green thumb, and love of transforming overlooked spaces into something beautiful and functional.
