Joseph Loprete

Hi! My name is Joe Loprete and I’m very excited to be joining Carl Guild & Associates! From Day 1 of meeting Carl and understanding the culture and environment that is cultivated here, I knew this was where I needed to be.

I’ve been living in CT for the majority of my life with the exception of when I joined the United States Marine Corps after graduating High School, serving four years of active duty and deploying to various parts of the world. After leaving the Marines, I returned to CT and started working in the home renovation business and subsequently found a passion in the HVAC industry.

Being a veteran allowed me to take advatage of education benefits where I took my technical knowledge to another level completing my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from CCSU. Also, I’ve personally gone through the process of purchasing property through a VA guaranteed loan which provides veterans with a valuable entry point into becoming a home-owner.

Over the past few years I’ve been feeding my desire for Real Estate by learning as much as possible while investing in rental property in CT. Whether you’re an investor looking for an agent that understands you, a first time home buyer who’s unsure of the process, or just someone looking to find the right person to guide them through the Buying/Selling process, I would be honored to be alongside you every step of the way.

What I bring to the table for any possible client is a dedication to service, accountability, and availability.
