Jessenia Ocasio

With over 15 years of experience in the payroll industry and 7 years running her own business, Jessenia Ocasio brings a sharp entrepreneurial mindset and people-first approach to real estate. Her journey into the industry was inspired by a desire to leverage her skills while building new connections and real estate was the perfect fit.

Known for her organizational skills, upbeat attitude, and deep empathy, Jessenia thrives in fast-paced environments and loves helping others feel heard and understood. Her experience working with diverse clients, meeting tight deadlines, and solving complex problems makes her a natural fit for guiding buyers and sellers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Jessenia moved to Hartford at age eight and has proudly called Connecticut home ever since. She now lives in Collinsville.

Jessenia chose to join Carl Guild & Associates because of its authenticity, community-focused culture, and the leadership of Carl himself. She was drawn to the welcoming environment, high standards, and unwavering support from seasoned agents.

What excites Jessenia most is meeting new people, learning every day, and discovering who she’ll become as she grows in this new career. She believes confidence is built through experience and isn’t afraid to start from the beginning, reminding herself that everyone was once a beginner.

Outside of real estate, Jessenia is a creative at heart. She enjoys gardening, crafting, DIY projects, and flipping furniture. She’s also a talented musician who plays multiple instruments, sings, dances, and loves to travel.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jessenia is passionate about serving a diverse range of clients and creating memorable experiences that go beyond the transaction.
