After a thriving career in retail leadership and five rewarding years as an educator, Jammica Moore decided it was time to take on her first entrepreneurial venture in real estate. She always believed that if she worked as hard for herself as she did for corporate, success would follow. Now, she’s putting that belief to the test.

Throughout her career as a manager and trainer, Jammica built her reputation on service-driven leadership. She believes in leading by example, empowering others, and inspiring teamwork. Those same values now shape the way she works with clients: honest, dedicated, and guided by integrity.

Originally from the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, Jammica moved to Connecticut in 2016. She has called East Hampton home since 2019 and absolutely loves the sense of community here. That local pride and people-first mindset make her a natural fit for helping others find their place in the area too.

Jammica is genuinely excited to begin her real estate journey. She describes learning the business as learning a new language, and she’s becoming more fluent every day. She looks forward to growing, connecting with professionals, and guiding her clients through one of life’s biggest milestones with care and confidence.

She chose to join Carl Guild & Associates because of the authenticity and culture she found there. “Carl doesn’t recruit from his own classes, which shows me his motives are clear and not purely transactional,” she says. “That’s the kind of mentor I want to work with.”

Her motto, inspired by Maya Angelou, says it all:
“Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.”

Outside of real estate, Jammica enjoys exploring new restaurants, discovering creative design ideas, and finding inspiration in spaces that tell a story. As a proud Black woman, she is deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and helping everyone who dreams of homeownership achieve it. Her clients can count on her to be present, informed, and fully invested in their success.
