Filipe Pereira

Filipe is an investor-minded agent with a background in architecture, construction and property management. Having purchased his first multi-family residence at 23 years old, he quickly saw the value of investment property and how one could generate passive income while providing quality housing to their community. Today he directs Connecticut Property Management, one of Hartford County’s top rated property management firms.

A strong believer in efficiency and automation, Filipe develops systems to ensure that his clients’ needs are met and exceeded consistently. Through implementing a diverse mix of cloud-based applications, CT Property Management excels at their mission: giving CT landlords their time back.

When Filipe isn’t behind the reins of CTPM, he enjoys hiking and camping along with his girlfriend and their three pups. He is also a 2-year veteran of the Fidelco Guide Dogs Foundation, volunteering his time to raise German Shepherds that will hopefully one day become guide dogs for the visually-impaired.
