Daniel Kaupp
Daniel Kaupp brings a wealth of experience and a calm, steady presence to the world of real estate. A proud military veteran, Daniel was driven to join the industry by a desire to help fellow service members, especially those transitioning out of active duty or moving on from base housing, navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and clarity.
Before entering real estate, Daniel served in the U.S. Navy and later advanced through the ranks of civilian life, moving from engineering to technical management and ultimately into executive-level leadership. His professional background has sharpened his attention to detail and honed his ability to manage complex situations and lead with composure.
Daniel resides in Connecticut, a place he’s proud to call home after living in Colorado, California, Hawaii, and various countries abroad during his service. He and his wife of nearly 26 years have three children including a college senior and a high school sophomore. Family is central to his life and his approach to real estate reflects that same sense of responsibility and care.
What sets Daniel apart is his client-first philosophy. He never recommends a move he wouldn’t be comfortable making himself. With a passion for real estate sparked by both personal experience and a desire to elevate the client journey, Daniel is committed to helping others achieve their homeownership goals with integrity and professionalism.
When he’s not working with clients, you can find Daniel enjoying the outdoors hiking, backpacking, or skiing or serving his country as a drilling member of the Navy Reserve.
Daniel chose Carl Guild & Associates for its exceptional support, forward-thinking business model, and veteran-friendly culture. His short-term goal is to continue learning and growing as an agent with his sights set on earning his broker’s license in the future.
