Chad Pomeroy

Helping people has always been at the heart of everything Chad does, and that passion is what led him to a career in real estate. With 25 years in the automotive industry—working his way up from Sales Professional to General Manager, and later serving as a District Manager of Indirect Lending and Dealer Credit Lines—Chad built a reputation for negotiation, transparency, and guiding clients through major decisions with confidence. He also owns a business that provides consultation and reputable ancillary products to auto dealers, further sharpening his leadership and client service skills.

Born in Westfield, MA, raised in Enfield, and now residing in Somers, CT, Chad is deeply connected to the communities he serves. He and his wife are raising two daughters, along with their two dogs and a cat. Being local is all he knows, and he takes pride in helping families navigate the real estate market in the same towns and neighborhoods he’s always called home.

Chad is especially excited to be on the same side of the negotiating table as his clients—advocating for their best interests every step of the way. His philosophy is simple: listen first, then respond. Known for his compassion, empathy, and strong negotiation skills, he strives to make the buying or selling process both seamless and rewarding.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, and golfing. He chose Carl Guild & Associates because of the culture Carl has built—a team that puts people first and works hard for every client. His short-term goal is to build a career that supports his family, and his long-term goal is to retire as a real estate agent at 67, proud of the difference he made in the lives of his clients.
