Wayne Martin is a new member of Carl Guild & Associates. Wayne brings with him a tremendous amount of hands on experience. He spent over 25 years as a home improvement contractor and handyman. Wayne purchased, renovated and sold numerous houses, therefore, it is only natural that the next step of this amazing journey would be helping others find the homes they love.
Wayne comes from a military background. He served in the Marine Corps, served as security aboard a nuclear sub tender and is airborne certified. Wayne also worked with the State Department alongside the Secret Service protecting our political leaders and foreign heads of state. These experiences have provided Wayne with the discipline, determination and attention to detail that is needed to be a successful realtor.
Wayne possesses a desire to make the real estate process less stressful for both the seller and the buyer. Wayne has a great sense of humor. He enjoys seeing a big smile and hearing the sound of laughter. Wayne is known for his quick wit and one line jokes. In his spare time he likes to travel and enjoy the little things in life with his wife, business partner and best friend, Linda.
