Lynn Gardiner, REALTOR®

Lynn has been a licensed realtor since 1993 starting with Beazley Realty, Prudential, Berkshire Hathaway and finally Carl Guild & Associates, bringing experience in Residential, Light Commercial, New Construction, Waterfronts and Land Sales. She was also responsible for a large relocation move for Beazley Realty with Pratt & Whitney of East Hartford relocating employees from Florida to Connecticut. Growing up in Glastonbury, she moved to Marlborough in 1968 with her husband and two children. She has enjoyed riding and jumping horses and playing the guitar and was once a member of The Connecticut Song Writers Association. Her years of experience in sales and working with the public from Restaurant multi-tasking and Management to Custom Furniture Sales, have contributed to her desire to work with the public to make their Real Estate wants and needs come true.
